Someone gave me the book Zen and the art of the Internet almost 20 years ago which makes it ancient history in internet terms.
The first time I saw this cat at the NC Botanical Garden at UNC I thought there was something rather zen about him.
Then zooming ahead to exactly one year later when I saw him at almost the same spot in the garden, lying down, I thought it was a little spooky.
A little later he let me know he let me know he was capable of zeal when attacking an itch.
Click for the home of ABC Wednesday. Zipeedeedoodah, I actually made it all the way to Z.

Oh, what a fun post for the Z Day, Carver!! I love the "zenny" cat!! And such fun photos, too! Hope you have a great ZEN week! Enjoy!

Now if I could just find my book "Zen and the Art of Blogging" :)
An Arkies Musings
You made me smile today! What a wonderful ending to Round 7! Look foward to seeing you in Round 8. :D
I remember reading Zen and the art of the motorcycle, and like how Zen can be attached to any activity, - even blogging.
Cats and kangaroos are masters of Zen.
Made me smile and fun shots of the cat
=(^.^)=
Yes you did, and in good fashion too. Love the cat pictures.
What a cute cat. I had to chuckle at his cute antics.
Well done! That cat is definitely Zen-ish.
What a clever Zen post. And the cat shots are great. He...or she looks like a calm and serene feline who loves life. I, too, got a big smile from this post. G
Great post, Carver. Zipeedeedoodah and congratulations!
The cat is a real Zen animal!! He is a philosopher.
Have a great week.
I like the Botanical Gardens cat, Carver.
I'm so old I remember "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" but I never had a motorcycle. Zen and the internet might have been a bigger help.
Thanks for an interesting post (everything is better with a cat in it).

Well zaid :-)
He does look like a zen cat!
Zen: last night I was apprentice celebrity, they wanted to design a Zen look.
Zipeedeedoodah! great word
I've never heard of that book, but it must be fun to read. A zen cat, to be sure!
Isn't it funny how cats do that? I have two photos of a cat in Hawaii taken a year apart sitting on exactly the same step as the year before.
He is adorable, so nice to see your pictures!
I think we could learn about to be zen with our kitties! :)
Luna is very calm!

He he he! An excellent post for Zday!
Loved the last pic. Thanks for sharing;o)

Congrats on making it till 'Z'. :)
This post is superb.
Congrats on making it to 'Z' :-D
Can't believe the Internet book is already 20 years old,... dar. Time DOES fly :)
And that cat's a cool one.
Guess he sat up permanent residence there :D
