SkyWatch Friday: Remembering Blue

I took the shot above last week. It's pouring down raining at the moment and I wanted a little blue in my life so I went with this shot. It's straight out of the camera without any tinkering. At the moment, hard to believe the sky was ever that blue.

    I like the title and it fits the photo very nicely, I wonder now that fall is almost here, would we see less of the blue sky?

    It's amazing really how blue the sky can get. I find myself closing my blinking a few times to make sure my eyes are not fooling me. But yes, I have seen skies so blue I couldn't believe it.

    We all did that little blue patch of sky sometimes. It really cheers the soul to see. At least we have no rain now.

    What an amazing blue! And nice to remember that on the grey days. Having one (actually two so far) here, too. And it IS hard to imagine--even when it wasn't so distant.
