    They do liven up a bleak landscape don't they? But they're elusive little beggars. Seems like they all know when I get the camera out and bug out for otherwhere.

    I'm so impressed by all the colour of the birds, We have lots of good-looking birds in Norway too, but none so colourful.

    I don't think I've ever seen a red bird before, other than a parrot. Must be a delight to spot one.

    Wonderfully colourful critter. We're having a blizzard in My Muskoka , on top of a major melt yesterday.

    Our lake is frozen, with a pond on top! Freeze-up tonight though.
