I usually don't post shots of friends and family on my blog to protect their privacy but these shots I recently took of my sisters at the beach are an exception.
My general rule on posting photos of people is "If you couldn't be picked out of a lineup from the photo it's okay to post." I think this qualifies. Besides, they make the photo what it is. Which is great.
Dear Carver, thanks so much for sharing your pictures. They look so relaxed, well...it's a wonderful place to spend some days off.Glad to know you enjoyed a lot your vacations with family! And...Excellent work with your camera, one more time I need to say : girl, you are very talented! :) Hugs and a great week, Léia
I try not to post images with family in them but sometimes I just had to share a particular photo with family. In that case I don't label the image and wouldn't say anything unless someone asks who's on the photo.
I agree totally with Mojo and Daryl! Your sisters make it the perfect beach photo and no one would be able to recognize them anyway! Terrific captures, the ideal summer day! Have a lovely week, Carver! Enjoy!
what a wonderful photo. i understand though about posting pics of a person/s. i don't mind posting them when i've asked their permission or if it's my immediate family (husband/ kid). otherwise, i feel as though it can be a sticky situation, sigh. hope all is well.
Thank you so much for your comments. I read and appreciate any and all comments. If I delete a comment it is only because I'm trying to deal with a lot of spam. If I delete a comment which isn't spam, it's an accident so please accept my apology.
NOTE - I have recently had issues where some comments don't show up in my blog but I am receiving all of them through email. The blooger hiccup seems to be fixed but I'm going to leave this note up so I don't jinx it.
