SkyWatch Friday: Loving the clouds


We had a chilly start this Wednesday and I went outside to get the ice out of the bird baths.

I was struck by the clouds and their fullness as well as breaks for a little blue.

I'm also remembering to enjoy the winter trees before they start leafing out as I like bare branches against the sky.

    I saw a cute cartoon of a bird throwing de-icer on a bird bath. I'm sure yours appreciate not having to clear their own fountain! Stay warm and enjoy that nothing (at the moment) is falling from those clouds.

    Despite evidence to the contrary, I persist in believing spring is at hand.

    the clouds are like cotton balls! there's something so eerie yet mystical with silhouettes of tree branches agains the sky :D
