I couldn't decide between these two shots for this week's black and white photos.
I took both of these photographs during the same walk. One a little busy but calm in its own way and the second is bare bones.

Fabulous shots - both of them. But I do like the framing of the second one best.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the two pictures! Awesome compositions!

I like the shadows and play of light in the first one.
ReplyDeleteThey are wonderful both of your pics thouh the second one is a bit more interesting in the way you used this perspective.
ReplyDeleteSuch a difference between the two shots. The light is lovely in the first, and the composition of the second is so good!
ReplyDeleteVery different, but both very beautiful. I love the softness and the light in the first photo.
ReplyDeleteThese are really good! Great job!
ReplyDeleteBoth are terrific! The first one makes me long for the rain to stop here, so I can get out for walk.
ReplyDeleteI can understand your dilemma; they are both very good shots.
ReplyDeleteI really like the first one. You managed to get a bridge, shadows, and black and white all in one shot....good job, my friend. The second one is lovely, too. I think the bench is the highlight of that one. Beautiful work.
ReplyDeletebeautiful compositions!
ReplyDeleteIf it were my choice - I'd have the second. It is stark and unusual.
ReplyDeleteBut, as you have them both - I will take peace from the first and memory of the second.

The bench seems to be afloat in its own world in that last shot. These are really wonderful.
ReplyDeleteEach has its own beauty...love it :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the first one with the shadows on that great wooden bridge. Love your Skywatch pics too--lovely. Mickie :)
ReplyDeleteBoth are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI love both shots too, the second one is my Fav though :)
ReplyDeleteNice shot both of them...
ReplyDeleteI like both but the first shot has that magical light (and shadows).
ReplyDeleteSo peaceful and relaxing! Love it, Carver!
