SkyWatch Friday: Mixture of sky shots


Last weekend we had one of those mornings in between storms where the sky was quite beautiful.

It always amazes me how fast the weather can change.

I love the changes when a storm moves in and out.

Speckled skies are about my favorite.

I also love big clouds against blue.

The next shot was taken early this week when it was all sunshine but the red clay was still wet. I like the contrast in the clay dirt, green trees and blue sky.

I thought I'd finish off with a sunset I watched from my bedroom window.

I haven't seen a sunset this fiery in a while.

    Beautiful sky series. I've really been noticing the sky lately and how the clouds have been.

    I know the sky moves so fast sometimes if you don't have a camera with you, you can't get the a good sky shots. Your shots are fantastic and my favorite is the 7th shot because the moon is on top of the sun. And the last one is just perfect, love it!

    This series is stunning. The oranges are awesome. I especially enjoyed the range of coloration and cloud formation is the different photos. Great job. Genie
