SkyWatch Friday: Soft Morning Light

I like the feeling of movement in the sky.

I was just a little late for the sunrise but there is something magical to me about morning light, shortly after sunrise.

You can't tell it from these shots but there was a storm during the night and more storms were forecast for later in the day.

At this point any rain is welcome.

I like the way the light from the sky formed shapes in the water.

  18. I love morning light, too. Siesta would be a good thing on a national level--that way, we could sleep through the least photogenic hours of the day! Thanks for these gems.
