ABC Wednesday: G is for Grey


Grey can be gorgeous if you ask me.

A gaggle of garrulous geese on a grey lake can be great.

The water is turning amber as the sun comes up but the Canadian Geese are there for the letter G.

    When we have clouds we have lots of grey. Which as you show, is not a bad thing.

    Water comes in so many wonderful shades. You have captured two of them with expertise.

    I'm learning to paint "water" in my watercolor class I've been taking for the past 6 weeks.

    Grey has a lot going for it. There are subtleties that sometimes get missed if all you see is the miserableness of a grey day.

    Great take on G-week - be careful of those Canada Geese as they can be vicious! They hiss at you if you get near any of their nests with eggs in them. I see lots of them around here because they stop over at the waterfowl refuge before heading south. Have a great week,
