Our World Tuesday: Is it something I said . . .

Sometimes I feel like asking the male cardinals if it's something I said. Yes I know, they don't speak human and I don't speak bird but they do seem to look askance at me.

The male house finch below looked looked like a punk rocker after his bath.

  1. I love that classic squirrel pose and the shaggy feathered finch is adorable. But I have to say the cardinal does look like it has a chip on its shoulder. Maybe it’s a little camera shy?

  2. That raggedy little finch was scruffycute. But that didn't look like a cardinal... more like a tanager or something. Maybe ALL the birds are scruffy where you are? wink. Loved these pix, and I have a natural affinity for squirrels, too. Peace, Amy
