Sunday was the perfect day for a morning walk.
It wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold but was just right.
I haven't walked as much as I usually do over the past few months.
It has been easy to use the rain as an excuse although we've had plenty of days where part of the day are good for walking.
I always feel better mentally, if not physically, when I walk regularly.
I hate that I missed much of what was going on around the lake during the spring.
Before long it will become too hot for me to be outdoors as much.
If I can get motivated to get out early enough, even in the summer there usually is a window of time for a morning walk. Getting motivated is the problem.

What a lovely place to walk, gorgeous scenery. The ducks are cute too, lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteThat lake is so-o-o lovely and you have some wonderful captures here. I love the mallard and the domestic ducks, and the forest shots and blue skies over the lake really back up your point that the weather was "just right." Glad to hear you found the motivation to show us your lake and beautiful surroundings.
