SkyWatch Friday: More of the same

Continuing to have mostly overcast days but the sun manages to break through briefly.

I am grateful that we are getting some pretty clouds with some blue in between the mostly gray.

It's getting to the point that I could almost insert new shots with last weeks text as this pattern has been going on so long.

I won't get bored though as long as we have some pretty clouds and it's not all gray.

Father's Day was particularly pretty with a lot more blue than usual.

Bill and I went out for brunch and naturally I took a few shots while we were out.

 I almost didn't bring my camera but it was such a pretty day I stuck it in my big purse in case I wanted it.

It's started to get very hot but I can't complain because temperature wise it was nice until the past day or so.

    The blue sky is really gorgeous ( my favorite is the second shot), the clouds are beautiful as well!

    Oh you do manage to weekly show your beautiful skies. It's a little gloomy today. Left house at 8 am and it was breezy and 52 degrees. Hope the sun comes back.

    The blue of the sky is always a bit brighter after the rain.

    Someone remarked that your skies and those of Seattle are remarkably similar today. i could say the same of Vancouver's skies, and like you, am most grateful for beautiful cloud patterns. You caught some wonderful ones.
