SkyWatch Friday: A touch of blue

I'm becoming a broken record but we are continuing to have mostly rainy, gray days but blue is breaking through occasionally.

Over the past 7 days there were only a couple of days with any blue in the sky but I snapped lots of shots on those days.

After some of our past droughts, I thought I'd never get tired of rain again.

I'll admit that I'm beginning to wish we had a few more days without rain at this point.

The minute I start wishing for less rain though I'm afraid I'll jinx us into a drought.

I guess I'm a tad superstitious.

All of the shots in this post were taken during two days this week, as all the other days were stormy.

    Beautiful blue skies! We've had rain here for 5 days. It's clearing up today.

    these are the kind of skies i would expect to grace us in the summer time. they do make the season even more cheerful and alive.

    Beautiful bright blue sky pictures! I feel the same way about rain here in So Cal,too much and we flood,too little and the drought continues. Such is life.
