In my neck of the woods, nature provided fireworks in the form of thunder, lightening and torrential rains for the fourth of July.
I decided to go back several months to spring shots for the colors of the American Flag.
My house is naturally decked out with red, white and blue during the spring.
Flowers provide the red and white with the sky providing the blue.

It's a shame if it foiled any planned holiday outing you may have had, but I'm selfishly glad it inspired you to dig out those gorgeous springtime photos to share!
