The dark bird in the water is a cormorant and I got another shot where it had a fish in its mouth so I knew it was having some luck fishing. What surprised me was how the gulls seemed to be encroaching on the cormorant's fishing space. This shot is a little blurrier than I like but there was so much action going on that it was hard to get a clear shot that included the whole group.

There is lot of character in the photograph.
ReplyDeleteReally action packed - unique shot of gulls attacking a solitary cormorant. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteGreat capture of motion there.
ReplyDeleteIt's alot going on in the photo, so it dosn't have to be too sharp
ReplyDeleteGreat shot.
