SkyWatch Friday: August 30 - September 2 - September 3

The first four shots were take on August 30, 2013.

In between major rainstorms we've had some pretty skies.

I caught one sunset over the past seven days.

Most days at sunset have been gray.

The next three shots were taken on September 2, 2013 at the grocery store.

It ended up being a pretty day which was nice since the first day of September was overcast and rainy.

I like clouds but get tired of the gray days.

The rest of the shots were taken on September 3, 2013.

It worked out well because I was able to photograph the sky before I went into a meeting in Durham, NC.

While I was in the meeting it started raining.

After the meeting it stopped raining shortly before I went outside.

I had pretty skies for my drive back home to Raleigh, NC.

My camera was around my neck and I sneaked some quick shots while driving.

    those are indeed pretty skies. we have had humid days lately and so our skies are this pretty too.

    You must be living right when the rain stops just before you go outside! Love the broken clouds and all your skies ...blue or cloudy or golden ... are lovely.

    we've had some really blue skies lately too. but, i find myself wanting a nice, all day rain... the kind that's steady with light thunder and intermittent lightning. usually i don't like the rain but it'd be nice to curl up inside while listening to it rain. hope all is well. have a great night...
