When I saw that the two photohunt themes were family and rocks, I immediately thought of this old family shot. Bill took this shot of me and our baby in the mountains during the fall of 1985. I was rocking my baby on the rocks (actually it sort of looks like I was doing as much restraining as rocking). Normally I use my photography on my blog but since I had scanned this photograph that Bill took and it worked well for the themes, I'm making an exception.

The Family Rocks Photohunt and the Weekend in Black and White
When I saw that the two photohunt themes were family and rocks, I immediately thought of this old family shot. Bill took this shot of me and our baby in the mountains during the fall of 1985. I was rocking my baby on the rocks (actually it sort of looks like I was doing as much restraining as rocking). Normally I use my photography on my blog but since I had scanned this photograph that Bill took and it worked well for the themes, I'm making an exception.

You can see it is from film, which I like. Sometimes digital is too sharp and clinical.
