SkyWatch Friday: Atlantic Beach NC several years ago
In honor of the U.S. Independence day, I looked through my archives for shots I've taken with the sky and the U.S. flag. This shot was taken in July but a few years ago.
What a lovely capture for the day, Carver!! I love the whitecaps and the beautiful skies! Wishing you a very Happy 4th of July and a great weekend. Yes, do enjoy and stay safe!!
I left the US on July 4, 2003, so my strongest memories of this day are tied to a personal milestone. But I also have good memories of watching the fireworks on July 4 in various parts of the country, including Cortez, Colorado, and Philadelphia. :)
