The Weekend in Black and White: More of the house from last weekend
Last weekend I posted a shot of the basement window (bottom far right) in black and white so I thought this weekend I'd post a wider view. I posted a shot of the front of this house in black and white some time ago and possibly a similar view to this one in the past. This is one of two houses left on a street that is all office and commercial buildings and the other house is used for an office. I think this house is empty but I'm pretty sure it has only been used as a house instead of for another purpose which is part of why the florist sign I spotted through the basement window surprised me, and why I zoomed in on it last week.

The decorative wood paneling at the top gives this once thriving home an air of distinction. Although now empty, the curtain at the window hints that someone is still living there.
