ABC Wednesday: K is for kilter

This goose was literally and figuratively off kilter. She was standing at the entrance to a shopping area honking at the top of her lungs, several miles from any of the lakes or golf courses where the geese usually hang out. I don't know if it was the cold snap, being out of her comfort zone or some other issue but she was well and truly off kilter.

Rocks and other ornamental features in landscaping are visually pleasing when they are slightly off kilter.

  1. Bonjour Carver! Thanks for teaching me this new English word, I'm so concentrated in my French classes here, and I think I'm loosing a little bit my English. My mind is a little bit confused nowadays, maybe it's only a phase. So, I was searching more about this word and I'm happy learning here. Thanks so much!
These pictures are all beautiful, the cute critter posing for your camera and also the composition with stones and colorful flowers!
