Skywatch Friday: Same Lake Different Days


The first four shots were taken on one morning walk.

It was a lovely morning with blue skies and wispy clouds.

I love the way clouds look in water.

There is something magical to me about the sky reflected in the lake.

The next two shots were taken on a very different morning with a moody sky that turned to rain.

I like this kind of sky too, particularly when we need rain.

The rest of the shots were taken on an in between kind of morning.

There did end up being a little rain but not a real storm.

The lake almost looks like it has ice in the last shot although it's just the shimmery reflection.
