SkyWatch Friday: clouds and flowers

We've had some large clouds lately.

I enjoy cloud formations with shades of white and gray that look like you could jump on them.

Instead of a privet hedge, I've let some of my privet grow as tall as trees and this time of the year I'm rewarded with their white flowers.

  2. I don't think you were neglecting your garden so much as allowing it to have my favourite "wild" look. And, your flower reward at the top of your hedge is magnificent!

  12. Our next door neighbor in Oregon would have a fit if we let a flower show on our mutual hedge. (I think those people cut their lawn with manicure scissors -- we were not great next door neighbors for them with all our kids and bird feeders and rabbit hutches and casual lawn care -- it must have been a pain for them.) Anyway I love your sky and your overgrown hedge! (And myself I would lie on those clouds and take a nap --- no jumping thank you!)
