I would definitely trade the blue skies for a return to cooler, rainy weather.
I've been working at the office some instead of from home like I usually do.
That's why there are more buildings in this week's skywatch.
The shot above is one I took at a long stop light when I was almost home. The others are all ones I took walking from the parking lot to the office.

Bonjour dear Carver,
ReplyDeleteBeautiful set of pictures with lovely blue sky.I like a lot that "tower" structure, the buildings and the colorful flowers!
Today I'm happy here, we have a beautiful sunny day as well!

I know what you mean. After coming inside the house it helps to open the freezer door and stick your head inside for a few seconds. Dreadful waste of energy but I only do this for a few seconds and only when I'm desperate ;). Lovely series of photos.

Treasure your blue skies, Carver, even if they do come along with hot weather. Great photos!
ReplyDeleteOn those super hot days, it takes effort just to get the camera out and capture the moment. Good for you! Your skies are lovely, and especially appreciated from Vancouver, where the temperatures have remained below average.
ReplyDeleteOh, those skies! I am just back after 12 days in Connecticut, where the blue is as vivid but less accessible, less broad. There, the rain has been incessant. Perhaps next trip I can bring some back. Thanks for this beautiful Skywatch post.
