Photohunters: Bird and Trees

The main problem I had combining the themes, bird and trees, was that I have too many choices.

I decided to narrow it down by picking one shot per year of a bird or bird(s) in a tree or trees.

I took the first shot on December 27, 2010; the second on May 28, 2011 and the third on November 23, 2012.

I didn't spend a lot of time trying to pick the best shots but I picked ones that mean something to me for different reasons.

I took the fourth shot on January 21, 2013 and the fifth shot on March 25, 2014.

When I saw that Sandi's chosen theme this week was "bird", I immediately thought how great an entry you'd have -- and I'm right! :)

  16. Hi Carver, a lovely photo collection for the two themes. They are all so great. There's something really cool about the first photo. Wonderful color contrast between the pretty yellow on your bird amongst the white snow covered tree branches. Great image and capture.

    Have a wonderful weekend.
