SkyWatch Friday: Hearts butterflies and blooms

I was immediately drawn to these little red hearts against the sky.

The branches were blowing back and forth below.

Can you spot the butterfly in the cherry tree. It's the first butterfly I've seen this year and I couldn't believe how high it was flying. If you look below in the middle of the picture near the top you might spot it.

I love dogwood trees and the one below is a pleasure of mine.

I can’t believe you have seen this butterfly. There are none in sight here in our part of VA. The flowering trees are beautiful, and I love the leaves in your first picture.

That may be the fluffiest dogwood blossoms I have ever seen! What beauty, and all for free! And those red hearts against the sky ... I do believe you are a hopeless romantic. Happy weekend!

Carve, these are just so beautiful, all together or individually. Love the butterfly in the Prunus padus and don't you think that that is one of the most heavenly scents? Your dogwood is an absolute dream.

You must be having a great time with all that beauty around you.
