Careful at the crossing cause the train is a coming . . . 

I'd hate to crash and be crunched cause I lacked caution.

I'm not very good at carving in spite of my name being Carver. I have knives for cutting, chopping, carving and crushing which I use before and after cooking on occasion.

Part of a trail near my house as well as part of the road was undergoing construction until recently. 

After they finished I realized they were putting in a new culvert which I photographed in the first shot. The second shot is of another culvert.

ABC Wednesday: C is for Chapel Hill

C is for Chapel Hill.

C is for Cancer.

C is for the Carolina.

C is for the Cancer Hospital at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill which is where all these shots were taken.

ABC Wednesday: C is for Crane

The first crane is creatively distorted by the UNC Hospital building.

The second crane is helping build the Cancer hospital at UNC. That hospital has since been completed.

All of the first three shots of cranes were taken in Chapel Hill, NC.

The next two shots of cranes were photographed at the North Carolina Museum of Art.

In case you haven't caught on I love to photograph cranes.

The rest of the cranes were shot in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.

I think the next crane might even be cadmium yellow.

I like the clouds catching the crane.

The cranes below look like they are cat napping on the building.

I will conclude with one last crane shot because this post is crashing to an end.

ABC Wednesday: Choices

My name is Carver which begins with the letter C so I have many choices. I, Carver, took the shot below of a Cadmium yellow Cab in front of a museum in Manhattan. A couple of my family members are sitting on the right hand side of the shot by a column waiting for me and a couple of other family members to arrive in a cab. My family gathered in Manhattan, where one of my sisters lives, a couple of years ago for my 50th (half century) birthday.

Many more than a couple of years ago, a camera caught a cute shot of me, Carver, in a cotton night gown lying on a cotton bedspread.

Another cute shot from Carver's (my) baby book, shows me covered in a cotton towel.

One last shot of baby Carver, shows me with my couple of sisters on either side while I'm standing up in my crib. That may be a portable crib or playpen since other shots of baby Carver in her crib show a much higher different style crib. All three of us are wearing flannel cotton night clothes.
