The dancers jumped on stage at the Greek Festival this weekend. Photographers jumped up to take pictures. At least one of the dancers had the shade of yellow which is called jonquil on her costume.

I would love to have watched this.
Memories to last a lifetime!!
except for the backdrop, looks amazingly like the Greek festival in Albany, NY!

Nice event and looks like it was great fun!! Greek's do know how to enjoy!!
Love the jaunty jonquil color and the others too. Festivals are always so much fun to attend.
Looks like fun was had by all!
I love festivals like this one where we can see their traditional dance and eat their food too. ^_^

What fun - haven't heard the word 'jonquil' in a long time. Thanks!
Lots of pent up vitality here, - love anything Greek...

I long to attend a Greek Festival sometime. This looks like so much fun. Perfect photo for ABC Wednesday - J!
A Greek festival? Good fun. Did you dance?
Must have been fun to watch!
J is for ...
When I was growing up, we always called daffodils jonquils. There were Greek festivals here last weekend, too. Guess they do it all over the country. Had never thought about it before, but it certainly makes sense. Love the picture...so festive. genie
Very interesting.

The Greek festival is happening here too-I wonder why it's the same time of year for Greek Festivals?
Always loved how the word, jonquil sounded....
my school is putting an all school production of 660 kids. What a headache.
