Not sure if anyone will remember Casper the Friendly Ghost but that's who the lower center cloud reminds me of. For more skywatching please go to the home of Skywatch Friday.
Note - My header photo was taken in January 2009.

About Me
- Carver
- My original site, Carver's Sight or is that Site, was inspired by reading the blogs of people who I got to know through the Melanoma Patient's Information Page (MPIP). As time has gone on, I find myself talking as much about gardening, photography, and other random thoughts as I do about melanoma follow up. I am happy about that. I have set up an additional site, Carver Cards, which is primarily a photoblog.

Oh, it does look like Casper! Isn't it marvelous the shapes that clouds take? Gorgeous shot, Carver! Happy SWF! Have a great weekend!
Hah! to me it looks like a tiny dog with the back facing the viewer. It's fun interpreting cloud formations.
Enjoy the weekend Carver.
I agree,
it is Casper! :-)
Beautiful shapes and sky!
Just introduced our three year old grandson to casper.Nice shot thanks for sharing and for dropping by XXX Don
I see Casper! I love finding shapes in clouds, while laying in my hammock.
Haha, I see the similarity in fact. Beautiful colours!
Wow!! That's a great white cloud! Happy SWF!
One of our families favourite cartoons Carver. Yes I see him and he makes me smile. Lovely post. Have a good weekend.
How cute little Casper is:o) Beautiful picture!
Love the rising cloud peeking through ans yes it could be Casper the ghost.
Awesome cumulus tower going up there! It does sort of look like Casper the friendly ghost... I like the billowing clouds above it. Awesome shot!
Looks like Casper to me...beautiful clouds..
Lovely shot Carver. So blue and fantastic puffy clouds.
Clouds sometimes come in the most unusual forms, this pic is fantastic.
Have a great weekend.

Yes, there he is :)
I used to love watching Casper cartoons!
Yep, the cloud looks a lot like him. Great catch.
Beautiful shot.
It could indeed be Casper, but I see the little white poodle in it, that we had when I was still a boy ... :-)
Hey, that does remind me of Casper too! Beautiful SkyWatch photo.
I remember him and the cloud is vaguely reminiscent. Although he might have been better looking... ;0)
Great shot.
I see Casper too! Lovely clouds, there seems to be a lot of them about at the moment.
Hello Carver!
Another perfect sky and beautiful clouds!
Léia
I remember him!! He was just a sweet and adorable little white ghost :P
Thanks for the help Carver :)
oooohh, nice, though I see a puppy jumping up and another one behind him
Hey Carver, You're #16!!!! We're 136. You'll be #1 before we know it! Love the clouds. You are becoming known for trees on the edge and the sky in between. Love the Casper Cloud!!!!
is it just me or the cotton looking cloud is shaped like a dog that is about to jump? :D
Great sky but Casper? I see a begging puppy, but then thats the fun, we all see something different.
Yeppers that cloud does look a bit like Casper the friendly ghost. How cute is that?
Joyce

Good shot! Very nice.
Carver: Depending how you look that cloud has a lot of charector. I think I see a puppy.
Funny .. I see a puppy jumping .. the head and paws to the left ... sort of ...
Funny, I see a poodle walking on its hind legs :)
great capture and beautiful skies there. and yes, it is sort of ghostly in its form :)
have a lovely weekend.
Wow!!
perfect sky and beautiful clouds,
Fantastic shot ^__^
LOL I remember Casper too, great spot
Cottony soft clouds! I kind of pictured it like a leaping bunny!
Cool !!! It does look a bit like Casper. He must have got around, because I snapped something like that, this afternoon :-)
Neat photo ... I love those big, soft, billowy clouds...
He seems to take the same shape as your rooster, below.
Now here is someone with their head in the clouds. I like the way the clouds are framed by the trees around the edges. Nice one.
I loved/love Casper.
Yup ... I definitely see the resemblance in this puffy cloud against the beautiful blue skies.
Hugs and blessings,
I do remember Casper the ghost. I had a cat I named Casper too. Your cloud reminds me of a puppy standing on his rear legs with his head back. Thanks for sharing. Very nice shot.
