Lots of rain lately :) Love that car reflection on the wet road. Looks like that hill is a birth place for all the clouds! Very summer NC!
It's the sort of weather that's quite interesting to sit inside watching - because it's always changing.

I bet it was warm and humid as well; lovely afternoon today here in the UK about 35 miles from London.
I agree with Kitty - seen from inside the car it looks interesting and feels cosy at the same time.
Love rainy weather and your misty shot in monochrome is magnificent! Wish WE'D get some rain to help with the wildfires burning in California right now.

I was going to say just about the same thing as RuneE. The weather is just like that where I live (mid Norway).
We had heavy rain a couple of weeks ago, our road looked like a river...

Looks like my ride home from the States today. B&W is perfect for dreary rain.
We were visited by typhoons for the past few weeks. Though I feel gloomy whenever it rains, I love the cool breeze it brings especially in a humid place like Manila.
Yes, good to post a photo of Boone. The rest of the world needs to see that lovely place. It is easier to leave when it is rainy than when it is sunny!

It was perhaps not the nicest day out but it makes a really great shot!.
I like it, Carver, for the glimpse of a small town in the mountains that it provides. Seems pretty and fairly quiet at the time of the photo.
