I think ice covered branches are very beautiful against a blue sky.
You can't see much of the sky in the shot below except reflected on the ice topped tree branch. I thought it was interesting how it turned the branch blue.

Lovely shots...the first one is amazing with the water drops resting on the branches.
Beautiful shots. The ice cover enhances their beauty,
I think your shots are beautiful, - lovely to see the sunshine on the branches, - the ice and the drops of water. And the blue sky!
The iced blossoms are beautiful, but the sky reflected in the ice on the branch is a wonderful find for you. Good work, Carver, very good work.

Lovely shots. Good for you for finding the beauty in the cold and ice.

What's that sticky stuff on the large branch? Ice?
At least you have some pleasant sunshine.
Fantastic captures as always, Carver! Love the "blue" limb and the tiny reflections in the first shot! Marvelous! Hope you have a wonderful weekend! Stay warm! Enjoy!

I agree with you, Carver, that ice is beautiful on branches. :)
Oh yes, really beautiful
Great shots! The icy berries against the blue sky is stunning.
Hopefully the ice doesn't damage and break off those beautiful branches. Nice shots!
Wonderful capture and images, Carver!
Yes, they do look beautiful against the blue sky. Beautiful pictures.
Very beautiful!
Very nice - we had ice like that even down here in Florida...
Not that I wanted it. :)
Cheers, Klaus
Awesome shots!
There's a view that I can't see here...
Ice on the trees is lovely, ice on the ground can be treacherous. That look like a dogwood, in a few months it will be beautiful and well worth the wait.
Excellent Carver ~~ ice on the branches is lovely.
These are beautiful, Carver, love the intense blue!
Happy SWF!

Lovely skies!
Happy weekend.
They are irresistable (sp?) aren't they? Nicely done. ~karen
Beautiful first shot and a very unique sky reflection!
A belated Happy New Year to you Carver.
