My neighbor Gamma likes to rub against my legs.
My neighbor Black Jack struck a pose like a statue.
I've been seeing more mourning doves in my trees lately.
The male cardinal was hanging out on the top of my deck wall.
A female cardinal was there too.
Spring has sprung with it's early blooms.
This is a pretty time of the year.
It's definitely one of the earliest springs in terms of what's blooming in my neck of the woods.

My daffodils have just started to show their yellow tips and I hope they stay that way a bit longer as it is strangely cold and windy outside my door. Funny … I have a cat that looks just like Gamma in my neighborhood that comes over to scare the birds. And one of my blogging friends has a dog named Black Jack. Of course, the dog is also entirely and beautifully black. :)
This is my favorite time of year! Love the photos...that's a sweet faced tortie!! Black Jack is a handsome boy, too.

Can't wait for spring to arrive here in Sweden!
Beautiful pictures!
They are so beautiful. Each photo better than the other.

cute creatures to have around the neighborhood!
and yes, it seems to be also spring is here ealier than before. it's almost as if winter never came. in NY, it only snowed one day in all of this year. just one day!
as much as I like nice weather, I kind of miss winter.
hope you are having a sweet day.
it is a pretty time of the year, you're right. wish i spend more time outside to enjoy all the blooms.
Wonderful shots of birds and animals with a mix of colorful blooms.
It's wonderful to see all those daffodils! I guess your local birds know all about Gamma and Black Jack. :))
What lovely and delightful captures for the day, Carver! You have some lovely four-legged and colorful feathered friends! Beautiful flowers and this time of year in the northwest we can surely use all the color we can get! Hope you have a lovely week!

Is it ever spring!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
The daffodils are pretty. Only in the botanical gardens do I see these trees blooming. Even my neighbors jacaranda trees failed to show off their purple flowers.
Hehehe, my cats are outdoors! But your neighbors' cats are friendly.
You have lovely furry neighbors. Daffodils = Spring for me. Nice feathered friends you have, too!
Beautiful early spring! I always love your world.
I'm so impressed by all your blossoms. How lovely for you. We're going away next week, and I'm hoping nothing blooms here while we're gone. (It would be awfully early for this area.)

Spring is definitely here in your photos. I have never gotten to see a female cardinal so I really did enjoy looking at yours. All the pictures are so pretty...you are such a wonderful photographer. genie
It really is spring there..I wonder if that long-haired cat likes to be brushed more than my cats do...
Oh, these are beautiful images. Love cats and birds so I am very happy here today.
Oh wow - you have spring flowers and blue skies! Lovely shots. And such regal cats too.
I like how the birds are looking at you through the branches.
Beautiful flower captures.
The signs of spring are truly beautiful! Good looking neighbours too!!
Lovely shots of the birds and the gorgeous blossoms. Spring is a beautiful time of the year. Thanks for sharing, have a great day!
You lucky girl it looks like spring in your area ! If the cat can sit on daffodils to breed ... lol !
I haven't seen any flower coming out here in Brussels !
Wonderful images! Is that pink flower a honeysuckle? Really lovely shots of the flowers and the birds.
The honeysuckle looks so beautiful. Even though the mourning dove has inconspicuous colors -I love your capture. Nothing says more spring to me than daffodils!
