I am ready for the hot summer to end so I looked back to winter's past in hopes that it would cool me down. I hope I haven't used this shot before. I don't think I did.

I've been doing the same thing... didn't do a thing for me.
How'd it work out for you?
Besides giving you some great photos I mean?
I'm ready for some cooler weather too!
I am not ready for fall and certainly not winter but some under 90 degree days would be very nice as is this photo
I'm with Mojo - how'd it work out for you?
I can't wait for the autumn to begin here.
Have a great thursday!
Oh no..I'm not ready yet...but it's a beautiful photo Carver..
Exact opposite here! We are ready to see a little sun and maybe start ditching the sweaters :D
Happy weekend.

So interesting composition and adorable sky! :)

Very nice. Our winter temperatures this week have ranged fro 5 degrees C to 28 degrees C.
Amazing winter tree shot.
Pretty view of the sky, love the way a little snow and ice add a little sparkle to everything.
Not me. I much prefer the summer to the cold nippy winter. Nice photo. Thanks for sharing.
I'm with ya on this HOT SCORCHING summer ending - I'm sick of it! I don't care much for the ice in winter, but cooler weather is definitely welcome
This is so awesome!!
Pixellicious Photos
Great! love these snowy branches.
Haven't been able to shoot this week because of the heat so I understand. Nice image. I am not quite ready for winter, however 70 degrees would be delightful.
I hope it worked!! Wish I could send you some of out delightfully cool, but sunny weather! It's delightful here, but August is nearly always the very best month in the northwest. I love your photo and does remind me of the beauty that belongs to winter! Terrific capture as always! Have a great weekend, Carver, stay cool!
Sylvia

My SkyWatch Friday
Ahem, I don't know if I am yet ready hehe. Though here in MI our temp is almost to 90 and it's too hot for us to have that kind of temp, I still like to enjoy a little bit of sun before Fall comes. Happy Friday!

Lovely photo, - makes you realize the beauty of all seasons.
Beautiful image, Carver! But, I enjoy summer more than the cold snowy winter months.
The tree has a lacy feel about it. I can wait for winter, even though this summer heat means staying in the A/C.
Really soothing to eyes. :)
Beautiful one!
Love this.
Happy SWF.
Definitely a nice cool down shot Carver!
Bare trees with snow covered limbs against a gorgeous sky - lovely!
Even if you did, it's just the cooling image we can all use about now. (Those of us in the northern hemisphere, at least)
hahahahahahha
not, not, not...
do not send me the winter, now...
great shot, sweetheart
congrats

Love the shot although we are in winter here, they are just cold and hopefully wet. I to long for a real winter with sparkling snow and icicle.
nice shot! can't deny that its winter. everything is white here except for the hiding blue sky.
Bella questa tua foto invernale !
Grazie della visita :-)
Buona giornata.
This looks like a photo taken here. Enjoy your summer while it lasts.
It's a beautiful shot, but for me it's a little to soon for snow and frost ...
Enjoy your weekend, Carver.
I could use less heat and humidity but I'm not ready for winter and snow yet - we get a bit more of that up here than you do. Still, great photo regardless of outside temps.
