I took the first shot on Sunday at the bottom of a dam looking up at the expansive sky.
The next two shots were ones I took at my house on Tuesday when the clouds looked like a feather quilt.
We've had a mix of gray dreary days and bright blue sky days and everything in between lately. I figured a lot of you have had a shortage of blue so I'd focus on that this week.

So beautiful. Doesn't have a winter sky feel.
We have stormy conditions here, rain and gray sky.
My skywatch
Amazing how clouds make patterns always differently...very artistic and creative God's hands are :)
Oh, that blue just makes me yearn for spring and mornings in the garden.
Wonderful shots. Blue sky is very nice.
Wow you have lots of blue sky. Haven't seen like this yet I think when Spring comes. Happy Friday!

The clouds are making different show scenes in your skies :)
Happy SWF!

love the textures, beautiful!
Oh, don't you just love it when the skies look like they do in your first one -- it is so easy looking at these that our skies do indeed just go on forever and ever! Takes my breath away! Love the all, Carver! Hope you have a great weekend!
Sylvia
Thanks for the blue Carver. These are lovely!
We had a little blue one evening but it's mostly a winter gray white. Can hardly wait for March when we typically have your kind of blue skies.
Really lovely clouds, Carver, and I love that you said they looked like a feather quilt. THEY DO! :)
we almost have the same weather...a combination of blue and gray skies. perfect summer weather :)
Lovely blue with non-threatening clouds. After weeks of dry weather it is now Californias turn for wet and windy.
Wonderful clouds, Carver! We have blue skies today, but there's snow on the ground, and it is extremely cold here, around zero Fahrenheit, so I enjoyed your greens as well as your blue.

Beautiful photography. The clouds do look like a fluffy down quilt. Nice captures.
The Mother Nature is truly amazing!
If clouds could talk...
What do you think they would tell us?
