Once again I'm posting shots from a Sunday walk at the lake but it's a different lake this week.
Lake Lynn is a nice change for me and still very close to where I live.
It has a long bridge, or maybe it would be considered a boardwalk which goes most of the way around the lake with only a few places where you walk on a trail.
The lake I usually walk around (Shelley Lake) is less than a mile from where I live but Lake Lynn is only a little over two miles from me so both are quite close.
I am very lucky in terms of trails, lakes, creeks, and parks near me in spite of living in a subdivision.

Lucky, indeed, to be living within easy reach of these wonderful walking places, Carver. Looks like your weather is crystal clear these days and that the canoe owner will soon be paddling and skimming on the lake.:)
It's so important that there is someplace nearby where you can go to restore!! Just beautiful!
What a lovely and serene lake!
You are so lucky, Carver, to have such a beautiful spot so close by. This weekend we went into the mountains and stayed in a cabin to celebrate my 72nd. We walked and walked and climbed and climbed. The lake was full of ice. My Sunday Bridges post is of a little bridge similar to this one, and I will be posting all week shots from the weekend. We have a grand old time, and I wore out my poor camera! These pictures are absolutely beautiful and make me want to go there right now!
so lucky of you to have this close by and could retreat to its peaceful embrace any time.
happy heart's day.
That looks like a lovely place to walk!
Beautiful shots of lake. Very much scenic.
I see the plants are still "asleep" but the skies are surely blue and awake! Very beautiful place...calming to lok at.
Love your blue skies and what lovely places you have to walk! I love them! Your captures are wonderful as always and the next best thing to being there, enjoying a walk myself! Have a great week, Carver!

You have so many wonderful places to visit close to your home. This lake looks really very romantic!
That really is a great change from your usual walk Love the shot with the canoe. The boardwalk looks so inviting with the possibilities of birdwatching and snapping some.
Have a great week, spring must be just around the corner, we already have the first autumn leaves.
In fact, the lakes appear to be out in the middle of nowhere. You live in a beautiful place.
A beautiful place to relax
Carver, you have a wonderful place to walk here. The trail around the lkae looks great.
You are lucky to have such lovely places to walk so near to you. I really like the long bridge on the lake.
Not much snow around now. The views are great.
You haves some beautiful choices near where you live. Those walks must be delightful--great for positioning the camera, too.
Oh yes, aren't you lucky to have two lakes within such a short distance, and with boardwalks as well. Wonderful photos.

So peaceful and sunny - and not a speck of snow!
Very nice shots of the lake and it looks like a wonderful place to walk around.
Ah - so thats where I left my canoe! (well maybe!)
Not a bad palce to have to walk around.
Cheers Stewart M
I would have to agree with most... you are lucky to have such a wonderful world so close by. What a gorgeous lake!

Stunning photos. YOu are so lucky living nearby the lake. In here, we have an artificial lake and it will take about 20 to minute-drive.
Serenity is what I can think of looking at your photos.
Happy hearts day!
Such a peaceful place, I would love to get my kayak in those waters.
