I was at a quandary for what to use for Q until I came on a quiet, quizzical, quartet of cormorants.

Quite appropriate for a Q post.
Sweet post! I wish I could hear their 'song'... (or do I?).
The quintessential Q post I'd say.
Love it!! what a great shot too!!
Q is for quadruped
Well, from quandary to quintessential, I'd say! Gorgeous photo,

Odd man out! Cute shot.
I would love to get such nice photos of cormorants!
Terrific shot of the quartet. It seems one does have a solo.
Quite quaint, your quiet quintet of cormorants, getting you out of your quandary.
Q day can be difficult.
Always love your photos, Carver.

very clever.
Love learning new (to me) words, like cormorant. Thanks for that. Glad you specified 'quartet.' Most of the time I don't count objects in a photo. It's nice to do so after a prompt. They look lovely on the water.
It's like a story was frozen in action. And indeed, it is quizzical!
A great capture!
Beautiful capture and a great Q post.
go away, it is my perch, you find you own. Poor bird.
I like the two conversing in the top right. Great pic.
UnQuestionably good!
Nice picture and a very cool take on the letter.
Beautiful!
Find out what Quiet is for my kids.
Great entry for Q day! Love your quormorants;o)

Carver...Not only are you super clever this week, your shot is awesome. You have really outdone yourself this time. You get the prize. genie
I love cormorants. They are so queer looking.
Thanks for visiting my blog. This is a great shot and nice interpretation of the theme.
