Guess what happened on Saturday night. A ghostly ghoul played with the glowing moon and tossed it in a great pattern on the sky.
After the ghost retreated the moon settled down into a muted glow.
On Sunday night the glowing moon was joined by the slight glimmer of a glowing star.
Last is another shot of the glowing moon on Sunday night.

Beautiful shots and story line. Have a great week.
Methinks you were having GOOD fun, Carver!
What ghoulishly gorgeous sightings you photographed, Carver! I bask in the glow of the crescent moon that lounges like a hammock in the night sky. :)
I love moon pictures, and I especially loved your moonings.
Thanks for your visit today.

A fun gathering of G words. Great photos, especially the moon and star.
Very cool photos and I like the story too. I've never had much luck photographing the moon - yours came out great.
Sudden movement makes great photography!

I have been trying to see these moon and star configurations all week, but cloudy skies and large trees have been in my way, so I am so pleased to see your photos, Carver. Thank you..

Beautiful photos.
Come see how GOOFY kids can be
You also sound poetic. I once took a pic which came out similarly as yours and now I understand better why it spooked me out.
Nicely done! I love moonshots. Yours are wonderful. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.
Your moon images are great, love the gittery one too. I can see someone lounging comfortably on these ones of yours.
Carver that is brilliant - love the ghostly ghoul bit - I tried to capture that moon crescent and the star a few days back - but I could not get it - although I have taken shots of the moon before ok - well done - thanks for sharing - Jane UK
