The Weekend in Black and White: Watching as they head off

I shot this through the window at the beach cottage where my family gathered recently. My daughter, sister and brother in law are the barely visible figures heading off for a walk.

What premium lodging! Fantastic shot Carver. So often we get so enthralled by the color of the water and sky and so on that we don't think to shoot the beach in black and white. But it's really quite dramatic that way!

What a fantastic view - I could spend hours sitting in those chairs looking out at the ocean. Great photo in black and white. Thanks for stopping by with the sweet welcome home. Yes I had a great time in Seattle, such a beautiful city.
