Our World Tuesday: Sunday Walk

One of the reasons I wanted to walk at the lake on Sunday was because the clouds were spectacular and I thought they'd be wonderful reflected in the water.

I had to laugh when all the clouds were behind me and the sky was solid blue standing on the dam facing the water.

Once I got to the bridge there were some reflections of the clouds in the water.

Also, looking through the trees on the wooded parts of the trail there were clouds reflected but the spectacular clouds I had seen before starting our walk.

A few leaves are beginning to change colors but most are green.

Nice seeing some wildflowers still blooming.

There were a few geese and ducks but not as many in sight as there usually are.

As we were coming out of the woods on the far side of the lake across from the bridge, I thought I hear people singing. Bill said, it's probably the geese. However, when I zoomed in on the bridge I think I spotted the chorus.

I was glad we had crossed the bridge a good fifteen minutes or so before the singing crowd arrived.

How neat … a singing group of people out in the open air competing with the birds. :)

Cool, a singing chorus and a hunt for reflected clouds. You found some treasures on your walk. I love the water when you photograph it pure blue.

Well, the clear blue sky is beautiful too. Sorry the clouds were not in the "right" place though. :)) What a lovely place to walk.

That "chorus" was a surprise! Could they be serenading the geese?

Nice Sunday stroll!
