Today's Flowers: A Neighbor's Rudbeckia

I'm not sure what the red flower above the rudbeckia is but maybe canna lily. I always enjoy this neighbor's front yard. The house has recently been sold and someone new moved in. Fortunately the summer flowers are the same.

I love when my neighbors have pretty flowers. I steal them (photographically speaking) too. Of course the difference between us is that you have your own wonderful yard too! I like the contrast between the yellow rudbeckias and the red canna lillies.

Wonderful flowers! Yellow and red ... looks so lovely! I think the red flower in the background is a Canna (Cannaceae).
Lovely photo!
