The Weekend in Black and White: Cold Day at the Lake

I hope the heron found something to eat. I'd hate to fish in the weather we were having.

I enjoyed being able to photograph larger bodies of icy water than my bird baths for a change.

The heron looks like a living statue. I guess when you're freezing that may be the effect. Lovely photos.
